"Balancing personal ego and making films for the audience is a question I've pursued for many years, ever since my film school days. Ultimately, I realized that what I truly want is to make films for the audience. Whether a film is artistic and unique depends on the director. I always make films for the masses, not to satisfy my ego. But if I can feel my own ego being expressed, I'm very happy," Nguyen Pham Thanh Dat shared.
